Rosland is the spouse of an Army Officer. She and her husband met and married through the military. After serving 6 years of active military service, they decided that she would end her military career to provide a more stable home for their children. Rosland has two sons, a 14 year old and a 7 year old.
Her experience as a soldier and now as a soldier’s wife helps her to better understand the constantly changing needs that arise in the military. She understands families who have to move on a moments notice, or a spouse who has to move back home with family while the soldier is deployed, and what it is like to be in a city only a couple of years before you have to move again. The military has taught Rosland the importance of being flexible, short deadlines, and the ability to adapt to almost any situation.
Rosland is also a real estate investor, who in about a year has built a solid investment portfolio. She personally walks through the process of buying, selling and managing her own properties. Rosland's experience as an investor works well with being a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Consultant...she understands every detail involved in the buying or selling of Real Estate.
